Warranty Policy

(Smart Locks Store) always strives to provide the best services before and after purchase. Therefore, our new products come with a two-year warranty starting from 01/01/2024 after the initial purchase to protect your rights. Previously, they were covered by a 12-month warranty. The products are designed for their intended purpose and are free from defects, provided they are not misused.

Please read this agreement carefully. Upon purchasing under this agreement, you must keep the sales invoice provided with the product or sent via email, as it is an integral part of this agreement and may be required for service.

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and errors.
  • The customer bears all maintenance costs if the faults result from misuse, such as breakage or damage due to improper handling of the products or failure to maintain them.
  • The warranty does not cover the following cases:
  • Misuse of the product and any subsequent damage. Misuse is defined by the examples listed below (but not limited to) and in additional catalogs and the instruction manual included with the product. Common misuse examples include using the product to pull, not controlling the speed of door closure, which may damage the internal parts, or installing the product by unqualified individuals.
  • New products include a two-year warranty free from defects such as breakage or damage due to misuse, use outside normal conditions, failure to follow operating instructions, exposure to water (if not waterproof), unauthorized external maintenance, or partial or total malfunction due to using incompatible accessories with the device's specifications.
  • Modification, alteration, repair, or servicing of the product by anyone not part of the Smart Locks Store team.
  • Overloading or misuse of the product or operating it contrary to the accompanying instructions. Please consult the support or customer service team, who are available 24/7 for after-sales service.
  • Any use of the product for purposes other than what it was designed for.

Warranty Coverage and Terms

The above warranty is provided to the original customer, and the customer cannot request a replacement if Smart Locks Store can provide immediate or up to 14-day repair service.

The customer has the right to request product replacement if the repair is not completed within the specified period, or the remaining warranty period will be calculated, and the customer will be refunded the amount, and the product will be returned to Smart Locks Store in its original condition.

In the event of a warranty claim, Smart Locks Store's obligation is limited to replacing or repairing the product, at the discretion of our team, for the product(s) or part(s) deemed defective in materials or workmanship.

To receive coverage under the warranty, the Smart Locks Store team will return and repair it at the customer’s location. Products will not be accepted elsewhere, and warranty requirements must be met.

The customer is entitled to one replacement within the warranty period if the terms are met. In case of repeated issues, the remaining warranty amount will be refunded.

Purchasing from Smart Locks Store means you have read and agreed to the warranty terms, and these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Smart Locks Store website.
