Shipping and Delivery
We are pleased to offer product delivery services across the Kingdom in cooperation with local shipping companies, with a delivery period ranging from 3-7 business days, starting from the date of order receipt and payment completion.
We also commit to preparing the order within 24 hours of payment completion.
If you do not receive a message containing your order tracking number, please kindly contact the support team to provide you with the number, and you can track your shipment using that number.
Please ensure that the address and contact information are correct to avoid delivery delays. In such cases, please contact the shipping company for more information.
The delivery cost for all regions is SAR 40 for the first 15 kilograms, with a return fee of SAR 40.
For any additional weight above 15 kilograms, there is a charge of SAR 2 per kilogram.
